Mason Paradine serves as the Girls Director for Team 91 Colorado, bringing championship-level experience, a passion for developing young athletes, and a deep commitment to the Colorado lacrosse community.

A former standout defender at the University of North Carolina, Mason was a member of the 2022 NCAA National Championship team and competed at the highest level of collegiate lacrosse. Before UNC, she was a U.S. Lacrosse All-American and one of the top players in North Carolina, known for her leadership, competitiveness, and work ethic.

What drew Mason to Team 91 Colorado was the culture that has been built throughout the program. She believes the best club experiences are about more than wins and losses—they are about helping young athletes build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, learn how to compete, and grow into strong leaders both on and off the field. Team 91's emphasis on player development, family, character, and long-term growth aligns closely with the values that shaped her own playing career.

As Girls Director, Mason is committed to creating an environment where every athlete feels challenged, supported, and inspired to reach her potential. She works closely with coaches across all age groups to ensure players receive high-level instruction, consistent development opportunities, and a positive experience that fosters both individual growth and team success.

Mason is especially passionate about helping players navigate their recruiting journeys, develop a deeper lacrosse IQ, and learn the habits necessary to succeed at the next level. Her goal is to provide athletes with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities needed to achieve their goals while preserving the love of the game that makes lacrosse so special.

Through her leadership, Mason is focused on continuing to build upon the strong foundation of Team 91 Colorado while ensuring the program remains a place where players, coaches, and families can thrive together.
